The University is now using Club Hub for managing sports clubs.

Club Hub is mandatory for all club members.

It has been set up for our members to register as a club member with all their details and will reduce paper form filling. Member details will be saved for ongoing seasons. The Club Hub also takes members through to their subs for the season and outlines payment options including online banking. We will add to the hub during the season with notices and allow coaches to email their players during the season. Please note that coaches need to register as well so we can set them up to email their players etc.

1. You need to register. This will also take you through subs info.
2. An email confirming your email address will be sent to you.
3. You need to confirm your email address.
4. Then go to Tasks - Make a payment which will have subs to pay.

The first half payment of subs is due 7th April. The second half is due June 9th.

Varsity Quiz Night, with Quiz Master William Harding!

Great chance to meet your club, socialise with your team mates and kick the year off with a bang.

The theme this year is APOCALYPSE 2012! Some say that according to the ancient Mayan civilisation the world will end this year, though there is no mention of how this might occur. Put together a team and come up with some cool costumes reflecting how you think armageddon will happen. Will it be zombies, giant asteroids or aliens? Perhaps Judgment Day itself or maybe a machine takeover of the planet is just around the corner a la Terminator and The Matrix? Are we doomed to become a race of irradiated mutants in a nuclear winter? Or will a nuclear apocalypse cause us to regress into a bunch of savages and marauders?

Pretty topical theme, so get creative and come up with some sweet apocalypse-themed costumes and be in to win some epic prizes.

The AGM for 2012 will be held Sunday 11 March at St Pauls Collegiate at 4pm following trials. It is important for as many people to come along as possible and get involved with how the club is run. The main feature of the afternoon will be the election of the executive positions - if you would like to nominate someone for a position or stand for one yourself, please get in touch with me.
